002 – Our purpose
We give people leaving homelessness a decent home and the right amount of guidance, for as long as it takes to move on well.
003 – What we offer
A real home, with coaching that fits the person
A home, not a bed space
Furnished rooms in shared houses and self-contained flats. Safe, compliant and looked after by a housing team that responds.
Coaching that fits
Coaching to manage a tenancy, help into work or training, and links to health and wellbeing services. Light touch where that is enough, closer where it is needed.
A planned move-on
Every resident has a personal plan with clear steps towards settled housing, reviewed with them each month.
004 – How it works
From referral to a settled home
01
Referral
Tell us about the person through our online form. Councils, agencies and individuals can all refer.
02
Assessment
We talk to the applicant, check the home is right for them and agree the coaching and guidance they want.
03
Move in
We sign the agreement, hand over the keys and help set up benefits, bills and the basics.
04
Move on
Monthly reviews keep the plan on track until a settled home is secured.
005 – Who can refer
Anyone can start a referral
Council housing teams
Refer households you are working with under your homelessness duties who are ready for more independence.
Supported housing, probation and health services
Refer someone you work with who is ready to leave a hostel, supported scheme or temporary accommodation.
Referring yourself
You do not need an agency behind you. Apply for a room, or register and we will match you.
Already living with us
What to expect from your home, your coaching and your move-on plan.
Know someone who is ready for the next step?
Send us a referral and we will come back to you quickly. Assessment and move-in are typically arranged within 2 to 10 days.
